Property Management
Day-to-day care of commercial and multi-residential buildings, run to a schedule instead of a crisis.
Service 06 ยท Snow & Ice Management
In Alberta a snow contract is a liability document as much as a service. Ours defines the trigger depth, the response window and the priority order, then records every visit with a time stamp.
The approach
Slip-and-fall claims are won and lost on records. We monitor the forecast, dispatch on a defined trigger, clear in a set priority order, and log each attendance with time and date. When a claim lands two years later, the file is already built.
Scope
Anything outside this list, ask. If we do not self-perform it we will tell you who does and manage them for you.
The detail
Process
We attend the site, photograph condition and listen to what has actually been going wrong. No quote is written from a phone call.
You get a written scope with what is included, what is excluded, and what we recommend deferring. Line by line, no lump sums.
We set dates, prepare tenant notices, book access and confirm the crew before anything starts.
One supervisor owns the job. You get progress updates and a photo record at close-out, filed against the property.
Also worth a look
Owners who bundle lines get one schedule, one invoice and one supervisor.
Day-to-day care of commercial and multi-residential buildings, run to a schedule instead of a crisis.
Suite turnovers, common areas and full interior rebuilds: kitchens, flooring, paint and lighting.
Siding, stucco, windows, railings and balconies: the work that keeps water out and value in.
Next step
We attend the property, photograph the condition and put a written scope in front of you. No pricing from a phone call.
